If you have the 7600gt, Evga..you probably dont need to shade for more voltage yet..what clocks are you running now? I "fix'd" my brothers card for him..got the clocks up to 680mhz core/ 1750mhz mem on stock volts...He didnt really want to go higher due to temps on the stock cooler.

*Check VR-zone for 7600gt mods...or google it.."7600gt volt mods" ..it will shoe up in the search!

To shade a resistor- measure the Ohms across the resistor with a MM first..then shade with a pencil. You want to power up the pc and check voltages every 15-20ohms in change of resistance. *Keep your temps below 60c on load for best results.

I'm trying to voltmod my UGF3 v4.0 right now (gotta love backup integrated graphics...) and on the vGPU location, my multimeter is showing 0 resistance... which means I must be doing something wrong.

Help? lol

EDIT: *bleep* nevermind... had the probe connected to the wrong place on the multimeter. And our lesson for today kids... don't volt mod after a dose of Ny-Quil.

vmod:
398 ohms = 745MHz GPU
563ohms = 1760 MHz GDDR3

OC w/out vmod:
685MHz GPU
1570MHz GDDR3

Seemingly stable, backed down 10MHz from last area showing artifacts.

I think I'm gonna like this...
