It looks like you can do it from the VID card's BIOS with nibitor:

The pics are international though, it's very easy to understand what there is to be done. The VMOD is very simple to do IMO, but be careful if your HSF can cope with the extra heat. *EDIT and yet another thread, this time in English and more detailed.
