Ok, I judge by your system specs and your question that you are rather new to the whole high end computer thing. First things to consider, do you know how to OC it? Can you tell when the card has hit the oc wall? Use ati tool to oc and to check the stability of the card at various settings. Try removing the HSF from our gpu and applying new high end thermal paste. Then continue to oc, if your card starts to artifact or show signs of hitting the wall without reaching high tempratures (70-80 degrees C), then reflash your bios using nibitor and nvflash. nibitor will allow you to modify just about anything.
P.S. before you oc, get your hands on some canned air, such as dust off, and get rid of all the dust in your system. Pay particular attention to the Heatsink/fan assemblies. Good luck, and PM me if you have trouble.

Because is a $20 value card that isn't meant for gaming, much less overclocking? Seriously even if you did overclock it you still wouldn't be able to play any games with it.

but anyway please tell me how to do it because my GPU fan is not working....its broken.....so im losing stability in a few games.......but im able to use it very well in vista with Aero enabled and also in some intense games like Splinter Cell Chaos theory.....but in games that use real world level details like NFS most wanted, it crashes due to continuous load.....so i thought this "Volt modding" would be a better option for now as i'll be upgrading my pc as soon as the Penryn arrives.

Well if the fan is not working, then it is not wise to overclock, and I wouldnt' even think about a volt mod at this point.
