you can use nibitor to edit bios voltages from 0.95 to 1.1v i believe...the max is 1.1 only so dont expect too much...http://www.overclock.net/nvidia-driv...nge-works.html

Good guide and easy way to do it. I dont know about the tape thing as if it started coming loose your gonna crash your comp more then likely but its a good option and nice setup.

1.5v for core but you need relly good cooling then
