Default HELP: NVFlash doesn't detect display adapter (DOS)

This is a double post since I posted in the wrong forum location, and well no answer ther so maybe I'll get one here.

I have Windows Vista so NiBiTor can't detect the card so I created a USB bootdrive and type "nvflash --save orig.rom" and even "a:nvflash -b backup.rom" both commands at the prompt give me and error message reading "ERROR: nvflash can't detect display adapter" any help. I really want to try and raise the volt without using other methods first.

I don't understand why its not detecting that I have the card when I'm looking at DOS while using it. Has anybody run into this problem? Also I have the BFG 8800GT OC. Not to sure if only some cards work while other don't.

Help!!!

Please!

Thanks!

I had the same problem when i first switched from an 8800GTS 320 to the 8800GT. I had to update to the latest version of NVflash. You can find it here

http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads...lash_5.57.html

This should get everything working again.
