your just better off getting the bios's for each card and doing it that way

Do i do this with Both cards installed or take one out flash it and then flash the other?

you can. but i would take one card out flash it put the other card and do the same

I moded the a BIOS that i downloaded off internet now how do i flash with out ever touching a floppy? Or is a floppy reqired?

I know how to do this with a floppy but i have no floppys, or a floppy drive in my computer!

I couldn't work out a way to create a bootable USB pen without first creating a bootable floppy drive and then a USB pen from that.
Just find a computer with a floppy drive and follow step 1 of the instructions i gave you. You'd be better modding your own BIOS, not downloading one as it's more guaranteed to work.

Ok ive did the BIOS mod on both cards and its great! I Bumbed the voltage to 1.1 volts and fan speed at 100% all the time and defualt clock speeds to 700c/1700s/1000m! Now lets see what these cards can really do!
