Default HD4870 Volt Mod

After volt modding my 8800GT with some satisfying results I want to mod my new HD4870.

First, following this:

I'll need this one right? (just want to make sure)

I couldn't take any electricity/electronics in high school because they had to cut those classes due to a lower budget. So I'm trying to learn things here and there on my own.
/off topic

Also is it worth it to volt mod the memory? With the 8800GT i heard higher memory clocks hardly made any difference. Does it have more of an effect on this card?

And what's an easy way to pull out wires from a female molex? (from old psu) Just brute force? I like the idea of soldering a wire from the vDDC measure point to a molex to make monitoring the voltage a lot easier.

that pot will work fine.

as far as vmodding the memnery, first see what clocks ( improvement with clocks ) you can get unmodded, then decide for yourself.

There is actually quite a bit of soldering to do for a full vmod on this card!

How much juice can you squeeze out of that high tech looking !! . If more than 1.35 you should go for water cool or your card will pass out ( i mean it ) for 2 days
