I flashed my EVGA 8800GTS 512 G92 BIOS with a bios i downloaded from a web site, and the voltages are the same.... take a look.. Do you think the guy that sold me my card already flashed the bios for better voltage?
On the left is the original on the right is the new

Im pretty sure bios will only change speeds. You can only change the voltage by mod.

Usually voltage mods are done by pencil mod. To my knowledge.

Flashing to a SC BIOS can bring GPUv increases or .1v in most cases..
What voltage is your GPU reading at idle..? Should be ~1.06-1.08v, OEM I believe.

I am pretty sure you already have the highest default GPUv allowed through BIOS adjustment..for G92 core's..
Vmod could be the next step for you..if you still wish to clock higher.
