Default Graphics Card Vmod "store"

Need that extra boost, but don't want to mod the card yourself? Just send it over to me, and you'll have a freshly modded card in your hands shortly.

Quick Walkthru:
You copy the order form, not options, into a PM to me and fill it in.
You ship the card to me (calculate for zip 08559, if your on the west coast please use CL3P20's, otherwise...You're all mine )
You send me the cost of the service via Paypal - I pay return shipping.
I mod the card according to your order.
I test and OC the card if you chose that option.
I type a sheet with all the info needed on it
I pack up the card and information sheet and send it back to you.

Options:
Quote:
Base Volt Mod (PM me your card model first): $17
VMem mod (may not be available on all cards, PM me): +$7
"Disable" switch - (Be sure to downclock before turning the mod off!): +$10, $3 off if you send a PCI bracket.
"Test the limit" - I do test all cards, but with this I will OC and determine the highest OC with a safe voltage, and let you know - (PM me with the limits): +$5
Bios flash (PM me the instructions of bios file) - I make *no* guarantees: +$7
Custom request: Varies. PM me.
If I can think of any more options I'll add them, if you have suggestions to add just PM me or post here.

What the modding consists of:
Me adding a VR to control selected voltages and setting the stock value, unless you chose to have me push it, in which case...I'll push it. I don't leave wires all over the place, but I'm not perfect, so bear with me.

Order Form:
Code:
Graphics Card:
Reference model (yes/no):
Quantity:
VMem mod (yes/no):
PCI Bracket disable switch (yes/no):
"Test the limit" (yes/no):
BIOS flash (yes/no):
     BIOS file URL:
Custom (description):

Disclaimer: Neither I nor overclock.net are responsible for what happends to your voltmodded card - If you set the voltage too high...It's no one else's fault. If for any reason I am unable to complete the mod and I know it, I will return your money (paying shipping out of my pocket) and your card.

This is just a basic thread setup...I'll add more as time goes on. If this counts as a FS/Wanted thread, please PM me and lock the thread, hopefully with the intention of unlocking it when I hit the required rep.

Edit: I understand that I may appear untrustworthy, either intending to take you cards or foul up a mod. I understand that perfectly - If this is the case, either send me a card you don't care about (reduced rate, just mention this. I wont accept "Oh. Yeah, I don't care about my three GTX 280's, can you trial mod them?), or don't do it.
