Default Visiontek Radeon 4850 pencil mod help

I have a visiontek radeon 4850 that has a non-reference pcb(of sorts). Basically shorter than the reference one. I was wondering if any of you gurus could find the spot where I'd pencil to lower the resistance to get a higher core voltage.

Consider re-taking the picture. Put the camera in "macro mode" if available.
