Those are the ones indeed...the large yellow coil, is an inductor..and is most likely the input phase filter [so still 12v] you can confirm this if you want, by probing the base of it @ the PCB. As for the 6.3v caps..they are the output phase for GPUv and will serve as read points for GPUv.

*the mosfets, will have: 1x leg=12v, 1x leg=ground and 1x leg=GPUv ....but they feed the cap's...so the caps are a much more reliable read point, if a closer one does not exist. Once you get the stock voltage off the caps, you can probe around on the PCB for another GPUv read point...one that is closer to the back of the core itself...the closer the point is to the core, the more reliable or 'real-time' the voltage reading will be.

Wow, perfect. I was actually looking around for a vmod to this card. and there it was, a brand new one!

Yeah..in the meantime..see if you can locate a few suitable spots to measure GPUv from. That will really help, once I get this going again.

When you drop in here CL3P let me know if this looks okay. Especially the two wires coming off of the #4 pin. That molex ground wire can be moved, it's just an idea.

I have not been able to find any spot showing a decent vGPU read that looks like what it should be at stock (about 1.17v right?). The only place I found a 1.1 read was on this #4 pin. The resistance from the #4 pin to the resistor with the purple wire coming off of it is 556 ohms. I wanted to put a modified molex also so I could use the hot and ground for real time measurement by just plugging my DMM in and leaving it there while I watch it idle, load, and adjust the VR. I figure if I can get the reading to barely reach 1.3 while I run 3DMARK06 that would give me the safest (lowest 1.3 on the GPU). Or maybe I can lower the R carefully until I barely reach 1.3 then back down the slightest bit for a high 1.2. Like I said, I'd be happy with the full 825 core RT shows for my card now, maybe get the shaders to the full 2065. I'll worry about the RAM later.

No...no molex off the IC! You want the molex going to the GPUv measure point..other than that though...looks good so far.
