Default Raptor mabye?
Well my maxtor crashed again today for the 3rd time(never buying maxtor again) and i was thinking of mabey upgrading to a Raptor. Would i notice a big difference? My hard drive is 7200rpm 8mb cache sata 3gb.

Raptors pwn hands down. It's really a noticeable difference IMO.

Theres no way im using THIS hard drive again. I would either want to get two 16mb caviars, or 1 raptor. Which would be better.

two drives in RAID beat one raptor. if your going to RAID i would recommend you get a Seagate 7200.10 because they have perpendicular recording and have been known to beat raptors in RAID.
