black is so emphasized throughout the tutorial......
what if i want blue ones? lol... you make it seem like i'd have to do something completely
different

Performance-pcs has alot of different size/types of black and other colors of sata cables for reasonable prices (Except the damn shipping is high).

I want black Sata cables myself, So they blend in w/ case. Thanx for the tut.

I'm buying a SATA drive in a few days, and I'll be wrapping the red cable in duct tape so it looks just as crappy as my cardboard sound insulation.

Finally got around to trying this a few days ago. Painted my cords flat black, to match but also to make them less noticeable. Worked quite beautifully. +REP, revival!
