Ok so normal day, I was going to take picture of some stuff and when I try to my phone says "SD Card full moving to internal memory"???

The SD card is working perfictly in my computer and it is 15.0MB used out of 2GB's?

can you browse to the card while its in the phone? It should tell you how much free space, if it says totally full but empty, most likely a formatting problem. Cheers to Duckie.

Oh, and what type of phone is this? And this is issue has been known to appear on particular phones that don't support storage cards over 1gb. Doesn't hurt to make sure.

Have you double checked it to ensure it's not simply hidden directories/files that are eating the space?

Envy shouldn't have an issue with the 2 gb card. Get to checking on that card as recommended above.

Now it works... All I did was put it in my computer. Then put it back in the phone???
