Default hd problems file system errors

a few days ago I started having problems with my comp. Id try to play wow and it would instantly crash with a file error.
I also started getting a ton of driver errors. a day or so b4 I tryed ocing on this crapy mobo that doesnt have agp or pci lock and it didnt go well. system wouldnt boot, so I reset the bios and back to life she came.
figuring I did some thing to the hd in that oc attempt(corupted the data) I formated the partition and reinstalled windows this morning.
every thing installed just fine till wow. the first time I installed wow it went ok but when updating it the updater said some thing about a missing or corrupt file to uninstall and reinstall wow.
so I attempted to do that, but it wouldnt install any more. it starts to install and at a random spot each time it says errors and says it couldnt verify file.

I then get seatools from seagate. run it and my hd passed the physical tests, but has critical errors in the file structure of both partitions, which according to seatools is an os problem.
so I run scandisk on both partitions rerun seatools and get the same error.

what is going on? anyone know what I need to do to fix this problem?
I already reformated and reinstalled the windows partition.
rep's will be given to anyone who provides info that helps resolv this problem.

here is a copy of the seatools report btw:

Recommendation:
All selected physical diagnostics passed.

If you are not experiencing data loss and SeaTools reports File
System Structure errors, they may be caused by a lock-up or
failure to shutdown Windows correctly. Many times, these errors
may be repaired through normal system maintenance which
includes using the Windows provided "Defrag" and
"Scandisk / Chkdsk / Error Checking" utilities.

If you are experiencing a hardware error, you should isolate
the cause and replace the failing component. If you are unsure how
to proceed with repairs, contact a computer professional. After
completing any maintenance tasks, run SeaTools again to
verify that all errors have been repaired. If errors continue to
occur, the system may not be stable. Again, contact a computer
professional.

Assuming your installing a non-boolegged copy ( ) from CD. Could be a CD prob if its crappin during install. Have you tried cleaning it? Also clean the cd, and check for scratches.

It looks to me like demagnetized sectors.

Do you get and grinding noises from the HDD?
Have you tried the tests with the entire HDD unallocated?

my drive makes no noticable noise what so ever, never has.
I tryed defraging, rerunning xp's idea of check/scandisk, and reran seatools. this time I ran the full test rather than quick test and got the same results. so Im almost possitive my drive its self is ok.
see results.
Im gona back up the data on my storage partition so I can wipe the whole drive.
I have an xp console cd, and a 98se boot disk.
what would be my best corse of action to completly wipe the hd and low lvl format?
I low lvl formated once b4 with the xp console cd, but cant remember exactlly how it was done.

ok, this is realy insane and starting to get to me.
first thx for the link lost. I downloaded it and last night set it to completly wipe the drive. took 13hrs. I then used the prog to format the drive in ntfs.
I then ran seatools and the drive passed all tests, so I installed windows.
to be extra safe and make sure every thing was ok up to this point I then reran seatools. what do ya know, the file structure error was back.
I decided what the heck loaded windows and tryed to install wow. same thing happened again as yesterday.
I run disk wizard again, wipe the drive but quick this time, format as ntfs, run seatools drive passes all tests, install windows, the error is back. I did that 3 times, just hoping Id get lucky once.
Ive tryed xp pro and xp home, so I know its not my install disks causing this.
my fsb is at 201mhz, that 1mhz couldnt cause some thing like this could it?
Im gona put my hd in my wife comp and install windows to see what happens.
if any one has some other ideas please let me know.
