Default Can't format/partition HD for the love of god

I have a Seagate HD that is recognized by the BIOS and passes extensive DFT's by both the Seagate DFT and a 3rd party one. The problem is the drive has a bad partition. It says so in Partition Magic and won't let me partition it, it gives me a Partition Table Error #105 error. Disk Director wont' even recognize either of my two Sata HD's (weird cuz it only recognizes my USB External) and I can't format the HD in Windows. What can I do here?

Download SeaTools and try and put the hard drive in factory state. I do that before every format.

You sure you mean seatools? It looks like that's only a diagnostic utility. Also I'm on Vista 64.

download killdisk (3rd party software). This software will rewirte the whole disc's to 0's, and then you should be able to repartition, since all partitions will be gone.

Shouldn't be too bad. I think it should be able to write you disc's to 0's in about the same ammount of time it would take to do a full format, or maybe as long as it would take to defrag the disk if it was like 75% full. fire it up and let it run overnight.

Try deleting the partition then making a new one, as opposed to just reformatting.
