Default Best BRD Rom / HDDVD Rom Combo?

I know this may not be the corrrect forum to post, but I don't think its better suited to anything else.

I was just looking around for a Blu Ray / HDDVD / DVD Combo drive. I would like it to be able to
1. READ BLU RAY discs AND DVD discs (dual layer)
or
2. Read BLU RAY & HD DVD discs AND DVD discs (again dual layer)

I don't mind option 1 or option 2. Both are equally preferable.
Im not interested in a drive that can also Write DVD/CDs because I already have a DVD/CD burner that does all that anyway. Thats only because those type of combo drives are, generally, slower performing than drives which just read. If there's an exception though, feel free to post.

Oh and I don't mind if its normal ATA or SATA. Either or is fine.

Thanks guys!

Only 300 bucks for a Blu Ray Reader and WRITER? Says thats on LG's product website, I'm somewhat skeptical about that for only 300! If its true, BARGAIN! Totally buying!

Thanks for the link man.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...3&Tpk=GGC-H20L

newegg site shows it as a DVD/CD writer and Bluray/ HDDVD READER for $299

I guess thats still not bad when considering the cost of those players alone
