So I reformatted my PC, by deleting the partition and reinstalling windows.
__________________Is there any way I can access the stuff that was on my pc like, way before I reformatted? Or is it gone forever...

There are HD recovery applications that might able to save some of the data.

its possible some data may be recoverable, but if you have formatted and reinstalled the most of it is probably lost.
