The photos that were linked on the starting post of this topic are broken. Could you fix those images, or replace them with text describing exactly how you want the programs configured? Once I know what you want, I'll run the tests on my drives.

Thanks,
Xaine99

Edit: I think I configured the benchmarks how you wanted and here are my results. I have four HDDs in my system. I did have five, but my other 7K500 drive was murdered...replacement coming soon.

NON - RAID

My complete CPUz of system.

HDD 1 - Maxtor DiamondMax Plus9 80GB ATA DMA5 C: & D: (6Y080P0)

HDD 2 - Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 30GB ATA DMA5 Z: Dedicated Swapfile (6E030L0)

HDD 3 - Seagate Barracuda 200GB ATA DMA5 G: & H: (ST3200822A)

No thats your burst speed, the 16 Meg buffer helps out alot, your average read is 100.1 very good though but it seems like you dont have your cluster sizes right, you seem to have alot of spikes in your read test. I would maybe read more about it and possibly reformat, your OS cluster size should be at a 4:1 to your stripe cluster size. Most people make it 16K, that might get rid of some of that fluxuation

Please rerun your tests so that they meet the same setup as for the other members... use 32Mb and direct IO... if unclear then check some of the results from the first post to see how others are running the tests. Also include the CPUz screen shots on the same screen.
