I have a Lexar JumpDrive with a security feature that allocates a certain portion of the drive space to a password protected folder. I allocated a large amount of the disk space to this folder, but now I forgot the password. Do I have to reformat the flash drive to be able to read/write to the full capacity of the flash drive, or is there any other way to be able to store to the total capacity of the drive?

Reformat is probably the only way other then cracking it. Which isn't usually going to happen with good encryption on a home computer.
