Default How to make an external enclosure auto spin down?
So I have 3 external HDD's and i would like to connect then to my laptop and put them somewhere in the closit and never touch them but always have them on.

I would like them to spin up when it try to access them and spin down when idle, such as the WD My books do.

So how do i do that? Is there such software available for VISTA?

Thx for the help in advance.

How do you plan to connect them to the laptop? LAN or Firewire/USB/SATA/eSATA?
