I came across this article that basically reitarates what I have said but it adds some other files you can try disabling, and highlights some other areas that could cause an issue. Have a read if you wish.
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...uacy-problems/ My favorite option for dual booting is to always start fresh, least amount of headache for me hehe (although I have images of my primary os which tend to make things easier).

OK, I just found this:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...-c0c281607c3f/ The recommend using JKdefrag in safe mode. I would read through that posts as it seems to be exactly what you guys are experiencing. I guess the whole problem is that there are files on the end of the drive, but they never get moved with a defrag while the OS is running.

My apologies. I told you guys to use diskkeeper (a good program) but what I actually used was perfectdisk. Not sure is diskkeeper does what perfectdisk did for me.

Still nothing working, yet. I'll post EXACTLY what gives me the space needed, for all to see.
I have a distinct feeling that it's due to the fact that I did not partition my RAID0 setup into seperate partitions to begin with. Merely one large partition is all I have and it's quickly becoming apparent that this was a MAJOR mistake.

Well folks, it's finally installed. Used PerFectDisk to defrag. It took about 3 hours to put everything to the front of the single partition I had originally created when I stalled Vista. Was able to get 26GB of space shrunk down to a new partition.
Thanks for everyone's help with this issue
