Question RAW HDD 1:1 Imaging Software? RAID0 Failed

Is there any raw 1:1 hdd imaging software out there? I lost one of my Raptor150s in a RAID0 array and I'd like to backup the remaining drive. I have a WHS with endless storage so it's just for my peace of mind if I ever choose to fix the dead drive. No Software I've found will simply do a raw 1:1 image..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Acronis True Image, Paragon Drive Copy...there are others. You could even boot from a Linux Live CD and use dd.

I assume you know that you'll only be backing up half your data?

So far I've tried Acronis True Image and R-Series.. I think Acronis can't see the drive because it doesn't have a known formatting. I then tried R-Series because it's a more forensic HDD program and I get read errors. I know this drive is good I just need software or a walk through to make a 1:1 image.

I know about the half thing, I'm just doing it IF I ever repair or send the failed drive out for recovery. I've lived this long without the data this long however I know there is very valuable data to be recovered. I wish I knew the value of backing things up then.. Now I don't play!
