Definitely 2 WD caviar blacks for price/performance and will sure be faster than ONE single velociraptor.

I personally have run the follwing RAID 0 setups:
WD 640AAKS x2 150Gb Raptor x 3 300Gb VelociRaptor x 2 In all honesty, I see no diffrence between all 3. I highly recomend picking up a pair of WD640AALS Black drives and running them in RAID.

__________________500GB - 70$ 640GB - 75$ 750GB - 80$ should i just got with the 750GB?
