Talking Another SSD... RAID Time

I have just bought another one of these for only.... £80

Im hoping for a nice increase on performance as well...

Before you slate me for not buying an Intel... These two drives have cost me £160. While one intel at 80gb would cost £241!!

So i have saved myself money, increased performance, increased storage and i plan to RAID them so...

What do you all think?

Please give honest opinions, just remember i only had a budget of £100.

Nice but I have heard that the performance difference between 1-2 ssds Is ONLY worth it for the more fast storage, you do not get hardly any Noticeable speed increase.

Mainly it's going to be for extra storage more than anything else, without reducing speeds... Hopefully

Don't put me on a downer now lol

Not trying too, Just saying that the only real thing you will notice out of that is the extra 30GB not any speed other than the normal ssd speed.

That's not too bad, as it is helping with storage.... Now my games and programs can be installed for ultra fast opening times

Does the difference come down to HDDs being mechanical?
