I'm sorry, It's a first generation SSD so it has a JMicron controller and suffers with stuttering.

Try and sell it again on eBay if you don't like the performance of it.

Or use it off a hardware raid controller card which'll help a lot thanks to the onboard ram

Looks like he already did and I hope he's not the non-paying bidder type of guy.

all ssd's with jmicron controllers suck...they have a problem with stuttering.

samsung, indilinx, and the intel controller SSD's are the way to go.

Yea, I know. That's why I'm trying to communicate with the seller to try to cancel the deal with little to no repercussions. I didn't have much time to research it before I saw that the auction was almost over. I messaged the seller right after about it, after gathering more information, and informed him that he could offer it to the next highest bidder. It took him a whole day to check his inbox and respond, and in the description, it said to message him with any questions. If I did have time before to ask him, it would've probably taken the same amount of time for a response, which would've been after the auction ended. I think that's a legitimate excuse not to accuse me of any wrongdoing on my part. I simply was looking at the price:memory, and only had time to get the read/write times, which were not posted.

He has yet to respond to my reply earlier today.

Sorry, there are no excuses for bidding on an item and then trying not to pay. You made an error in judgement, in the heat of the moment. You're not the first, or the last. Accept responsibility for your actions.
