These enclosures are "portable" as in they are well protected from damage when you move them around. This does NOT mean that they are for when the hard drives in use!!!

HD do have head park and shock protection... but still constant vibrations can't be a good thing. You will probably want to build a custom mount for your hard drive to decouple it from the car's body.

To answer most of your questions:
(1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives

It is only going to be transported once a week, and only a distance of less than a mile, so i am hoping i dont have to worry bout it too much.

Oh.... this isn't for a carputer? The drives will NOT be on during the drive?

If that's the case, any enclosure will do. You can pay extra for water-resistence or rubber casing if you want.

Oh... you actually don't really NEED an enclosure either.
