Lightbulb Raid on SATA Maxtor 16mb cache and 8mb

I have a SATA150 200gb Maxtor with 8mb cache if I get another one to go into raid should I get same one or one with 16mb cache. Will it really matter or will the one with 8mb cache just bottleneck the one with 16mb in raid?

SATA150 200gb Maxtor 8mb cache + SATA150 200gb Maxtor 8mb cache in Raid 0
or
SATA150 200gb Maxtor 8mb cache + SATA150 200gb Maxtor 16mb cache in Raid 0

Raid will use the slower of the 2 drives, get 2x16mb cache and use the 8mb as a storage drive.

Sorry barely have enough money for one... Does cache make a big difference anyways?

YES cache makes a huge difference...you need to make sure the drives match, theres no reason in getting one drive faster and one drive slower..its like running 2 different ram sticks...doesnt overclock and run well does it?
