I think it will depend on your budget and needs. Newer OCZ (FSP Group) PSUs have good 12V+ rail management. Both PSUs should have about the same 12V+ amps, but the OCZ will likely be $30-50 cheaper.

Zippy>PCP&C TC>Silverstone ZF>Everything else

That said I would take the PCP&C 750w over the 850w OCZ mainly for their reliability and their lack of ripple when compared to the GXS series

Multiple rails can be better. But a single 60A rail is better than four 15A(amusing the max load between the four rails is 60A) ones.

Umm... Zippy?? The only Zippy PSU that I have ever seen is a POS 350W with 4A on 12v rail that costs like $140.

There is also another site that gave it the GSM-6600P a review but for some reason that site is blocked here

So why would you say its better than PC Power & Cooling? I see some voltage drop on the rails under load. My PSU doesnt even fluctuate 0.01V no matter how much I load it.

Did you see the 40a load he puts on the 12v with it barely rippling?

The voltage dropped to only 11.9 with a full 40a on the rail, that is extremely impressive.

Did you use a multimeter for your 12v rail or did you use software?
