I saw on the EVGA forums, the SSC edition was on their website for sale for a few hours, and then sold out. A bunch of people on the forums said that they got them, so I guess its out, just sold out.

I ordered my EVGA 8800GT on Frys.com yesterday morning before they took it down from the site. I called them immediately after to find out when they were expecting shipments in, and they told me today they were supposed to be getting a lot in. So I just called them back to find out if that was indeed the case and it's not.
The customer service rep told me they only got a handful in today and it wasn't enough to fill many of their orders at all. When I asked her when they were due for their next shipment in she said Nov. 3rd and it's supposed to be a large shipment. Kind of weird since the 3rd is a Saturday but whatever. So thats just a heads up for anyone else with a Back Ordered Card from Frys.com.
