Well they were wrong. There is absolutely no way a single 8800GT is going to beat a 3870 in crossfire.

3870 in crossfire gets 17,503 in 3dmark2006
8800GT single gets 12,792 in 3dmark2006

You probably read a review posted by that one guy who got caught switching his numbers around to favor Nvidia.

Well im going to try and sell my 8800 if this is the case and pay a bit more for a more powerfull version. Ive heard that there going to be about $300. Anyone care to ship one over to me so I dont get ripped off?

with those new prices on the 8800 GT I rather buy a hd3870. I'm not sure though I guess I should keep my money in my pocket for now :s
