(while keeping the BW that high! ^^) looks like since my evga stepup will expire before the 9 series (under the assumsion of February) il wait it out for gddr5 :P

And state of the art consoles? Pfft. These writers know its almost 2008 right? The PS3 has a GPU that came out in the middle of 2005, and the cooling system on the 360 was an afterthought. Ironically, the Wii is only one I'd really consider state of the art - at least it brings a completely new way to play games to the table.
