The P965 and the P35 were (and are) excellent chipsets. I can only assume that the P45 will be wonderful as well.

lmao, Irony here, I just did, but that's because of school holidays

IMO getting a higher multi and lower FSB is better, unless that fsb is like, too low (Under 1,333Mhz for a Pentium Dual Core if you ask me), Although quads would be high Fsb and High Speed, as it isn't native like AMD said, but that doesn't make any difference anyway.

P35 are known to be able to hit 500fsb (2000mhz), so to take advantage of P45's 1600 you either have to have a $1000 CPU or plan on OCing way past 4ghz...

Ahh but you don't know what the cost in latencies is when the P35 is stretched to 400Mhz+.
