Yea--I'm kinda tempted to sell my cards and then get a couple of these in single slot. Honestly, I need access to my PCI slots.

reading the description about how it works, the word "Heatlane" popped into my head. same thing Scythe used in 2 or so of their CPU coolers.

Now all the people with Gigabyte 790fx mobos can use crossfirex! I still plan on getting the MSI 790fx though if I don't go Intel(which I most likely will).

They should offer these to current 3870 owners at a discount since their current fan set up stinks, with all the fan issues.

Or get a single slot 3850 and overclock, since the 3850 is only slightly less performing than the 3870, by my research.
