Maybe a bad mount? Try putting your case on it's side so the TRU1E is vertical.

I thought so at first, but I've reseated 6 times since I got this thing, and lapped it, and had 2 different coolers, and its always been core0 was atleast 10 degrees lower than core1.

Have you tried using it vertically instead of in the case?

Nope, havent tried that. I can give it a go when I find the time though. I'm pretty sure its just bad temp diodes though.

do what i do. run it at stock and look at the temps. then compare that to the temps of it overclocked. for me there was only a 3C difference.
