Default [ExpRev] 9800GTX got a 8800GTS 512MB cooler

The cooler inside 9800GTX is the same one of 8800GTS 512MB. They got the same fin, same heatpipe placing, and same fan(BFB1012L,12V,0.48A). The cooler is OEM by CoolerMaster.

But of course the shell of the cooler are re-designed to fit the length. The color is black with a big white eye on it.

If my memory serves me correct the GTX is two GT sandwiched together (GX2 is two GTS together), so its a big confusing as to how they manged to cool the second board?

GTX is a single "core" card. Only the GX2 is a sandwitch product. At least thats what i've seen so far!

That is my main worry about the GX2, a dual GPU on the same PCB is rather different in performance to a Dual PCB.
