Default [ExpRev] 9800GTX GPU-z screen shot!

Quote:
Here is our 9800GTX GPU-Z screen shot. As you can see, the card’s core clock is only 25MHz higher than G92 based 8800GTS 512MB. But memory clock is as high as 1100MHz, so that’s why we said it will have a 0.8ns memory module. Because of the core clock’s raised, shader also went up to 1688MHz.

The amount of ROPs, shader and memory interface keeps unchanged compare to G92-400, 8800GTS 512MB’s core.

The GPU-Z 0.1.7 didn’t work with 9800GTX. After W1zzard@TPU make some change on his GPU-Z, the tool can finally read all the data of the card. Thanks, W1zzard.
I have included a ScreenShoot of my overclocked G92 GTS to give you an idea how the 9800GTX gonna perform.

That will make anyone who bought a 8800GTS 512 (or GT) glad they didn't wait.

I'm happy with what i'm seeing. Granted the 9600GT is a monster even though it has less SPs than the 8800GT, i bet this outperforms the ultra by a lot. Not gonna wait for one though my step up ends so i'm getting a GTS until the G100 comes out Q3-4

I bet you that is a fake.. Them specs are poor... And isn't it supposed to be DX10.1

And also... I dont think GPU-Z would recognise it yet anyway.

Its hard to think that this is ture. Its just a 8800GTS 512MB with a different name. I don't see anything in the GPU-Z screen shot to tell me other wize.

Other than a 25MHz boost on the GPU clock and a small memory/shader clock speed boost they are the same card just with different names.

Are there no LAWS in place to stop companys for riping-off stupid people that may buy something like this?
