Does this mean 9800GTX will have this feature. That will be sweat. But i am still thinking will it be the same to OC at Windows or like this u will achive greater OCs

So if i increase pci-e frequence to 115 in bios i should theoretically get a performance increase?

Maybe a small (1-5 FPS) performance increase on a heavily overclocked dual GPU setup, but typically the benefit is allowing higher GPU clocks (or in my experience....)
However with a single GPU there will be no performance gain.
