In the past it has been shown to cause instability and actually decreasing video performance (as was my experience). Some have said that increasing the bus speed to 101 can be beneficial, but I have never experienced this.

Does this mean 9800GTX will have this feature. That will be sweat. But i am still thinking will it be the same to OC at Windows or like this u will achive greater OCs

So if i increase pci-e frequence to 115 in bios i should theoretically get a performance increase?

Maybe a small (1-5 FPS) performance increase on a heavily overclocked dual GPU setup, but typically the benefit is allowing higher GPU clocks (or in my experience....)
However with a single GPU there will be no performance gain.
