The only thing I don't like is that there is just a 1x PCIe slot. They could have at least made it a 16x physical slot for greater compatibility.
Yea...if they did that, I'm sure this board would be a big hit.

Not the best system in the world, but the whole thing should run off ~20 watts - and you can't say that for anything Intel makes.

Centaur CPUs look promising...if the rumours are true, then they'll be more efficient than penryn by a significant margin - although they run at a lower clockspeed, negating any performance advantage. Still, for a 2 watt CPU, penryn performance and a passive heatsink is pretty good!
Well theres always the Atoms, I'm pretty sure they use about the same watts as Via cpus, but sadly I have side with Via on the IGPs, I wish intel would've bought ATI, then things would be much simpler, I mean can you imagine one of these with a 780g? I'd be getting one right away and putting it a hollowed out gamecube with a q6600, so I'd have a gamecube that comes somewhat close to the 360 in terms of power!

Check out Little Valley then: http://www.logicsupply.com/products/d201gly2a

It should completely fulfill your needs for cheap. $80 for a motherboard + CPU.
