wow only 3mb cache way to cripple the chip at least 6mb would have been good cause then i would seriously consider this chip, but right now i still want a q6600

I like budget chips and this is a good budget chip.

Also 3MB cache is plenty enough in most real-world scenarios.

Doesn't seem like anything groundbreaking in general though.

sorry, but that's wrong! if you can keep it cool (<70C underload) you can run it more than 3 year with out any error!!!

it is a 45nm it will die REALLY fast at that vcore.

are you serious?? is your brother's 8400 die because of overvoltaging?? did he cool it, or he leave it and temprature rise over 95C and then the chip die???

they're sensitive chips.

65nm chips are indestructible.
45nm, not so much.
