i see some bascially AMD is waiting for the memory to come in?
what happened to all their GDDR4 memory? and what happened to all that stuff about making it fit the 140/110 TDP? 512-memory interface? hope AMD knows what their doing.

512bit interface is complete BS. I don't believe they would use a 512bit interface AND GDDR5.

They should put 512bit to ddr3 cards. And 256bit for GDDR3. But i trust ATi.

The "holdup" with the HD 4xxx series might be that the nVidia 9xxx series are faster(plz don't flame, just a possibility) and ATi is trying to overclock(?) their own gpus, but again that's just my big mouth shouting something just to be heard
...

There is no doubt that NVidia's 9900GTX will be faster than RV770xt, the problem is, it will probably be 5-10% faster and cost 30-40% more.
