Meh. You'd fill the entire wall with one picture... doesn't sound very useful to me.
It needs an extremely high resolution to be useful for something like that, so you could have some pictures here, news there, TV somewhere...

Well, three screens would be 1080p.

It's a neat idea, but unless it's extremely cheap, there isn't much value to this tech.
