Wow, so even characters' movements will be animated live instead of prerecorded. That's pretty cool. We're all fairly used to seeing pre-animated figures in our games. The idea that the mechanics of the legs, etc will be programmed and then realistically animated on the fly will be interesting to see.

I have a hard time realising that, im so used to prerecorded movement (not ragdoll physics) that its going to be weird. And very very real if they implement it in other games as well (Eg watch the other characters correctly go/climb up stairs, walking over obstacles etc)

Damn. DX10.1 or PhysX. Why can't Nvidia just make their cards DX10.1 compatible, as well? Would make the decision easier.
