Wow I just called again, they say that electrical equipment shorted and exploded, taking out 3 walls with the explosion. It's confirmed that no servers were lost, and some servers should be restored by tomorrow afternoon.
This really sucks as I won't have any ads on my site until the server that my ad provider is on gets restored.
