Update again: Entrecard is down because of the fire. In case you don't know, entrecard is a huge networking website for exchanging ads with other sites.

gizmodo still works (that DIY multitouch is cool). Lifehacker still works but is really slow, but that is a massive outtage.

I see it is working now, it wasn't before. It was down and back up and back down for about an hour, as were all the gawker sites. The site home pages went back up, but all the posts were inaccessible. Working for me now, but its slow.

Do data centers have anti-fire sprinklers? I'd think that water + servers = not good.
