umm why is it the V8 if it only has 6 heatpipes.... same with the v10, and the v12 has 8...

I wonder why the have 4 separate heat sink sections rather than 1 or 2 larger ones, as they would cover more surface area that way.

Good luck proving that airflow changes negate the gain in thermal performance without a fluid mechanics computer simulation. It would take a lot of airflow restriction for that to be the case, and I guarantee you this design doesn't even come close to that.

Who cares about having loud fans? I don't get the silent PC craze, I actually want to be able to know my PC hasn't turn off or anything when I'm in my bedroom reading or the like. (I'm the kind of person who would overvolt one of those 220CFM Delta fans)

I'm a very strange person, I LOVE the sound of the PC fans... I love the sound of fans period, it makes me sleep better. I would think water cooling would be rather annoying, probably sounds like an aquarium.

If it sounds like that, you have air in your loop, and if you have air in your loop, you have a problem.
