What? He says there is no need for a fan, but I'm sure given the fins being present that a fan would help.

Sapphire had some similar type coolers on a couple of their Toxic series GPU's ..seems promising and very efficient.

I would say so. It's like putting fans on a radiator for your watercooling setup. It helps!

A new cooler company that claims this cpu cooler which is a liquid metal / water pumping unit with no moving parts can cool your cpu better than most water cooling setups. Looks cool, lets hope it's all it's cracked up to be!

looks nice, love to see how it performs. Might be a good solution for my rig without wanting to go water cooled if it does what they say it will.
