No, like Mercury. Its a liquid at low temperatures compared to iron and gold.

Interesting. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there will ever be a 120mm liquid metal cooler since that thing on the top adds quite a bit to the height of the heatsink.

Gallium is a touch above room temp (something like 75F), in other words, much lower than the CPU's operating temp. Alloying it with other metals can change it's MT lower.

it could be an alloy of some sort...mercury is the only metal element that is liquid at room temp though
