The O.N.E. menu contains settings related to overclocking and general performance options. Getting right down to it there is an auto overclocking option. This is the same thing that is found in the overclocking software. The highest setting called "V16" doesn't actually overclock the processor a whole lot. With this setting I got 2004.3MHz. That's only about a 200MHz jump over the stock speed of 1.83GHz. You can also adjust the CPU ratio, overclock retry count and FSB to Northbridge Latch. The overclock retry count setting was pretty much worthless as it never worked in my testing. Anytime the board failed to overclock I ended up clearing the CMOS and resetting everything for another go. DRAM frequency can be adjusted here, and I found that in order to run the memory at 1066MHz speeds you needed to adjust the FSB to Northbridge latch to 1333MHz before you'd be able to do so.

BIOSTAR has another winner on its hands with the T-Power I45. I will no longer turn my nose up to BIOSTAR motherboards as the company has given us reason to consider it a serious player in the enthusiast motherboard market in North America. The one caveat to the board is our issues with overclocking the memory bus while BIOSTAR does note the memory to be worthy of DDR2-1200 speeds, so maybe we had a “picky” board. BIOSTAR is doing some good engineering and the T-Power I45 looks as though it could be the perfect base for an ATI CrossFire X gaming system build on the cheap.

The IO panel at the back looks a bit "cheap", and I've also read that in some instances this board can be a pain to OC with. I don't like all the jumpers in between the PCI-e ports as well.

Only 4 phase PWM? Seems like very little, at least compared to a lot of other mobos I've seen. Also, anyone know what those 8 pink things are for in between the PCI-E slots? Looks really .... manly...
