Alright, so I just installed. Am I supposed to do anything else, or just run the setup and then leave it? There is an application icon in the install folder, so I tried double clicking but nothing happens. I just want to make sure there is nothing else I am supposed to do.

I downloaded it but did autorun it. So after it downloaded I opened the folder and clicked on the setup icon. After that it's all automatic.

Do we uninstall the previous version or does it overwrite in some way? heh I've always used DCO and is one of the first things I install after drivers.

I think the new one overwrites the old one. I didn't uninstall the old version and I got the performance increase.

I notice absolutely no difference in the slightest with this installed. It loads when your computer starts up, too. Might just uninstall it, as I like to keep things loading at start-up to an absolute minimum, such as Antivirus, Catalyst, soundcard driver; and this "optimizer" thing seems useless.

It's a Dual-Core optimizer. Maybe they'll release a quad-core optimizer soon.

lol i remember trying one of the AMD dual core optimizer on my AMD x2 4400, it gave me 5fps more in the CSS stress test lol
